Michael D. Hufnagel 

President

Mike grew up in Pittsburgh and relocated to Indianapolis in 1978, joining his brother servicing 50- to 750-ton chillers. He ran the service department for several years, adding equipment sales to his responsibilities. Thus, began his career in HVAC. Over the next several decades, Mike took positions that challenged him in other organizations, learning every step of the way: how to service and sell; the intricacies of HVAC equipment; and perhaps most importantly, how to oversee people. 

His desire to build an employee-centric company dedicated to providing an unparalleled level of service led Mike to launch PMC in 1998.

Mike resides on the banks of White River north of Broad Ripple. He enjoys the view and exploring 26 miles of The White River in his Mud Buddy and touring the country on his Harley.

Michael J. Pharris

Director of Sales and Operations

A native of Noblesville and a graduate of ITT technical Institute in HVAC, Mikestarted an internship with Eli Lilly and Company doing HVAC while still attending school. After school Mike started his career working in all aspects of the business: pipe fitter; sheet metal installer; service technician; and Quality Control technician. In 1999 Mike joined PMC as a Service Technician and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2002.

Mike enjoys camping with his family, bird hunting, fishing, and motorcycle riding. Mike currently resides in Noblesville with his wife Sheri and his four sons.

John Badgley

Project Manager

John grew up on a farm outside of Markleville. After high school, John enrolled in the HVAC program at ITT. John joined PMC as a lead technician in the early days of the organization, enjoying expanded roles and responsibilities as the company continued to grow.

In his off time, John enjoys camping with his family and friends, hunting, fishing and watching his youngest son play football and wrestle.  John resides outside of Greenfield with his wife and 13-year-old son and the frequent visits from his grown son and two daughters.

Tim Logsdon

Field Services Manager

Tim grew up on the eastside of Indianapolis, having successfully pursued a degree from Ivy Tech’s HVAC program. Tim boasts of 30+ years of experience in the HVAC world, and joined PMC in 1999.

Tim resides in Noblesville and enjoys camping & boating with his wife, Jeanine.

Justin Miller

Service Manager

Justin Graduated from Avon High School in 1993. He worked in the electrical trade for five years before being turned to HVAC/R. He has 21 years in the trade and specializes in refrigeration.

Justin has two daughters and enjoys spending time outside, visiting our beautiful state parks, hiking the trails and fishing. He also loves visiting water parks and amusement parks to ride roller coasters.

Cristy Capps

Administrative Assistant 

Cristy grew up on the southside of Indianapolis and brings a background of data, customer service and technology with previous positions in health care and property management. In 2012, she joined PMC, first as a temporary employee, then in a full-time position.

Cristy resides on the south side of Indianapolis with her family and their dog, Bailey. She enjoys traveling to various beaches, cooking, trying new restaurants, working with the community and spending time with family and friends.

Mathew Amonett

Contract Manager

Growing up in Avon, Mathew started his journey in the HVAC/R field in 2013 as a commercial sheet metal installer. In 2015 Mathew joined PMC as a service technician and in 2019 joined the management team as a contract manager.

Mathew is eager to keep taking on new challenges and to always keep learning.

In his spare time Mathew enjoys weight lifting, hiking, working on vehicles and spending time with close family and friends.

Mathew currently resides in Avon with his fiancée Kayla and their three dogs.
