Michael D. Hufnagel
Mike grew up in Pittsburgh, Pa. and relocated to Indianapolis in 1978 to start a HVAC career at Hufnagel Equipment Co., owned by his senior brother servicing 50-ton to 750-ton chillers. He ran the service department for several years and then added equipment sales to his responsibilities. In 1987 he moved onto Air Side Equipment Sales Manager of Havel Brothers. As a working sales manager Mike maintained sales of his own and managed a three person staff creating a primary profit center of the five branches.

Moving on to Ace Air he became Vice President after 2 years of employment. He gained confidence as the firm depended heavily on his knowledge of systems and equipment for projects. He then moved to Post Road Mechanical in 1993, a subsidiary of Vasey Holdings. He was employed as project salesman/project manager. The environment was conducive for him to develop accounts that had followed him through the years. He helped expand the service department from 3 full-time service trucks to 12.

In May 1998, he left Post Road Mechanical to launch PMC.

Mike resides on the banks of White River north of Broadripple. He enjoys the view and exploring 26 miles of The White River (when the water is up) in his Mud Buddy, dirt biking, jeeping and touring the country on his Harley.

Michael J. Pharris
Director of Operations
Mike is a native to Noblesville, Indiana and is a graduate of Noblesville High School, graduate with honors form J. Everett Light in HVAC, and graduate with honors from ITT Technical Institute in HVAC. Mike holds several certificates in the HVAC and Project Management fields. Mike started an internship with Eli Lilly and Company doing HVAC while still attending school. After school Mike started his career working in all aspects of the HVAC business. He has worked as a Pipe Fitter, Sheet Metal Installer, Service Technician, and a Quality Control Technician for the following companies Aircon Engineering, Apex, Ace Air, PRM, and PMC. Mike is well versed in all HVAC field operations. In 1999 Mike was hired by PMC as a Service Technician and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2002. Mike enjoys camping with his family, hunting, fishing, mountain biking, and coaching his children at sports. Mike currently resides in Noblesville with his wife Sheri and his sons.

Tim Logsdon
Service Manager
Tim  grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana. Tim attended IVY Tech State College, where he completed his degree in HVAC. In 1993, Tim started his career with Dial One Heating and Cooling as a Service Technician. In 1998 Tim brought his talent to PMC. As one of the top grossing technicians, Tim’s knowledge was a great asset. Tim was promoted to Service Manager in 2004 where his vast knowledge is used to groom new technicians.  Tim enjoys camping and fishing. Tim currently resides in Noblesville with his wife Jeanine and their two daughters.

Rick Gulley
Shop Foreman
Rick grew up in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Rick graduated from IVY Tech State College in 1977 with a degree in HVAC. In 1977 Rick went to work with Post Road Mechanical where his skills were utilized in sheet metal installation. In 1995 Rick moved inside to the sheet metal fabrication shop. Here he honed his skills and expertise. In 2001 PMC was lucky enough to hire Rick and quickly utilized his knowledge to build a state of the art metal shop around him. In his off time Rick enjoys gardening and woodworking. Rick currently resides in Greenfield with his wife Connie. 

Lisa Burks-Mouzon
Lisa grew up in Beech Grove, Indiana. Lisa attended Indiana Business College and graduated in 1991 with an Associates Degree in Accounting. Involved in management, sales, and accounting her whole career, Lisa was the perfect fit for PMC’s controller position. Lisa has played a key role in PMC’s success since 2002. In her off time Lisa enjoys shopping and cooking. She currently resides in Beech Grove with her son Cayden.

Ron Diehm
Contract Manager
Ron grew up in Auburn, Indiana. After graduating from DeKalb High School and Ball State University, Ron was employed for 5 years at Carmel High School as a teacher, guidance counselor and coach. Once he received his Masters of Science degree from Butler University he worked 18 years at the Carmel based headquarters of Mayflower Transit, Inc. in several management positions including international sales manager, director of facilities & administrative services and director of human resources. In 1997, Ron joined The Estridge Companies as director of communications where he spent 14 years managing the customer service, quality assurance and new home warranty functions. Ron joined PMC in 2011 as a contract manager. He enjoys exercising, watching sporting events, and traveling. Ron is a member of St Luke’s UMC: The Garden and currently resides in Carmel with his wife Barb.
